Employer Posting Policy

This policy explains what employers should include in a job and what we may reject.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Jobs should be clear

Each job should state the role, season dates, location, pay, housing, meals, schedule, experience requirements, and how to apply.

If you do not know a detail yet, say so. Give facts, not vague promises.

Jobs must be truthful and lawful

Employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, wage, housing, safety, immigration, and anti-discrimination laws.

We may reject or remove jobs that appear discriminatory, misleading, unsafe, spammy, unrelated to ranch or western hospitality work, or inconsistent with the site's purpose.

Review before publishing

A person reviews each job before we publish it.

We may make small formatting edits or ask questions. We may decline a job that does not give applicants enough information.

Paid placement

Paid packages add visibility or time, as shown on the pricing page.

Payment does not guarantee approval of a job that violates this policy or appears outside the site's scope.

Candidate listings

Candidates can advertise themselves for ranch work. We review each profile before it is listed and may decline profiles that are misleading, unsafe, spammy, or outside the site's focus.

Contact details on candidate listings are shown only to signed-in employers with a published ranch profile. Use them only to discuss work with that candidate. Do not add candidates to marketing lists, share their details, or contact them about unrelated offers.
